On admission all patients (including confirmed TIAs): Temp, sats, pulse, BP in both arms, ECG, urine dipstick, CXR, CT head, CTA, consider CTP, CT heart, thrombectomy request
Later: ECHO, bubble contrast Echo, 24 h tape/reveal
